Kim was absolutely wonderful! In the past my husband always wanted to plan our vacations. He has changed his mind now because he didn’t have to do anything but show up! Getting sick was NOT on my plans for my trip. But Barb made all the arrangements for disembarking and flight changes, plus checked on me during both legs of my return flights. We loved our trip. Can certainly say we "saw Alaska". Your add on trips were excellent. So easy traveling with a group. Way less stress than trying to go alone. I lost track of how many glaciers we saw. Wildlife viewing was amazing - saw bears, moose, Dall sheep, mountain goats, sea otters, seals, whales, a wolf and lots of eagles! We just returned from a 5 day get-away to spend time with dear friends from Maryland. Our destination was Nashville! Kim Mogard arranged hotel reservations and got Grand Ole Opry tickets for us. The hotel was perfect as it was walking distance to Broadway and restaurants. Kim sent travel tips prior to our trip and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK and reminded us that she was only a call or message away if there was anything we needed!

We love traveling with Barb Cline! Knowing if we need anything, she is there to help make it happen, is very comforting to us. We’ve had to cancel trips before and we’ve been concerned we would have to head home early for family matters, and Barb was there to assist us. Our trip to Alaska was unforgettable. As always, Barb and her office made everything smooth from start to finish. We never had to worry about flights, transportation between sights, or accommodations. Everything was handled for us. The trip itself was incredible. The cruise portion had great ports where we saw whales, flew over Misty Fjords, ziplined, train rides, you name it. Our favorite was kayaking to and hiking on the Mendenhall glacier. We were fortunate to get a clear view of Denali while there and of course Barb reserved perfect weather for the entire trip. Each day was an adventure and we met some great people who we now are fortunate to call friends. This was our 3rd trip that Barb organized. Our cruise to Alaska was absolutely amazing. Barb is an amazing cruise planner. She’s like the energizer bunny. She’s always making sure things are going smoothly. We wanted a planner who would do everything. Just tell us where to go and when to be there and above all be on time. Early is even better. Her attention to detail is astounding and thorough. I wanted to let you know that our trip to Australia was absolutely fantastic. The itinerary that you and William Wright from Down Under Answers put together was phenomenal. We couldn't have been more pleased with all of the arrangements and the tours that were set up for us. All of the transportation was awesome. Every flight was on time and our luggage followed without an issue. As we traveled, many Australians would ask what we've done and what was ahead of us. When we told them, all of them said "wow, you've pretty much done all you can do". The timeline and schedule was aggressive, but my family did a great job of keeping the pace. All of the hotels were awesome. The Pullman Palm Cove was my favorite. Each and every day was a completely new adventure and I can honestly say that I can't pick one day that was more fun than the other. It was just that great. So thank you so very much from each member of my family. It was definitely a once in a lifetime adventure. Barb, took a large group of us, 18 in total on a River Cruise from Amsterdam to Switzerland. Every detail to our trip was covered prior to departing, we had a trip of a lifetime, Barb is the real reason it was flawless!! She stayed with us an extra day in Switzerland, arranged everything, from a coach bus to a trip to Mt Titlis, we just enjoyed ourselves, the work was already done by Barb!!! We just returned from an amazing cruise on the Rhine River of which Barb cruised with us. Everything exceeded our expectations and a wonderful time was had by all. The culmination of the week was the extra time Barb planned for our group after the cruise in the Swiss Alps. What a great experience to see the Alps first hand and from a vantage point ABOVE the clouds.

On behalf of Cynthia and me we wanted to thank you so much for the excellent trip to Alaska. Each stop was good (We both loved Denali Park tundra tour and Yukon trip from Skagway). Weather was pretty good overall - can't complain because we were never shut down due to wind or rain. The whale watching weather could have been far worse than it was. Due to calm seas we were able to cover a lot of water with no discomfort. Got some great pictures during that excursion.
So we will keep watching as the trip offers come through the email. We need to rest for a year but then may be ready to go somewhere else.
Thank you again for an excellent experience. Your presence with the group was very reassuring for inexperienced travelers such as ourselves.

Hi Barb,
Yes, you did tell everyone numerous times how to dress for the weather in Alaska. No one has control over it, we were just happy that the weather wasn't any worse than it was.
We had a great trip, and we appreciate all the planning that went into it on your part. There were many times during the trip that I mentioned to Larry, that it was nice not to worry about making connections, etc.

Just returned from Alaska sea and land tour where Barb escorted a wonderful group of happy travelers. Seeing Alaska was not just a vacation, it was a whole incredible experience.
